Our current products are downloadable Excel spreadsheets. RentalOpsLab Inspect is a separate app concept in development and is not part of current purchases.
Do I need an Excel subscription? +
Microsoft Excel is recommended for the best compatibility. Some products may be importable into Google Sheets, but Google Sheets behavior has not been independently certified.
Will the spreadsheets connect to my bookings? +
No. Data is entered manually. The current workbooks do not automatically integrate with reservation platforms, banks, GPS or rental management software.
How do I receive my purchase? +
Digital spreadsheet products are delivered through Etsy after checkout. Access your Etsy purchases through a browser to download the provided files.
Can I use the spreadsheet for my business? +
Yes, for your own work or internal business use. Reselling, redistributing or repackaging the files is not permitted.
Do your estimates guarantee a profit? +
No. All calculations depend on the assumptions and data you supply. They are planning tools, not guarantees of commercial performance.
